Actionhorizon Garden Care provides professional landscaping and maintenance services across Sydney. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms, which ensure a high standard of care for your outdoor spaces.
2. Lawn & Garden Maintenance
Our team provides lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and seasonal pruning. We utilize professional-grade equipment and follow best practices for Sydney's unique climate. Clients must ensure the service area is clear of debris, toys, and pet waste prior to our arrival.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We strive to maintain consistent schedules. However, garden care is weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain or extreme heat, we may need to reschedule. We require at least 24 hours' notice for client-initiated cancellations to avoid a call-out fee.
4. Liability & Insurance
Actionhorizon Garden Care is fully insured. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or pre-existing structural issues. We guarantee the quality of our workmanship but cannot be held responsible for plant health issues caused by pests, disease, or extreme weather events beyond our control.
